Sometimes it can be tough to evaluate what matters the most in a given situation, in business, and in life generally.  In order to be able to better understand what we should be doing in order to improve our situation and that of our community, it is critical to be able to properly evaluate what matters and what does not.

As a business own, what is the purpose of your business?  What goals would you like to achieve?  How are you going to get there?  There are many things/gimmicks that business owners get swept in to because they are either easy, work for someone else, or seem to offer results.  If you are not really measuring what you are doing and evaluating its impact on your business, you may be caught doing some things that do not matter.
